About Angela


Angela discovered her enthusiasm at the age of fifteen when she started in the foodservice industry. That excitement brought her to Johnson & Wales University, where she graduated with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management.

Her passion, now armed with a degree, attracted the eye of Landry’s Restaurant, Inc. She accepted a position at their corporate headquarters, where she excelled in their R&D Culinary Operations and their Purchasing Department. Angela returned to the East Coast to work with Legal Seafoods, a well known name in the East Coast Hospitality world. Angela was the Communications Development Specialist in their corporate office.

In 2000 Angela then decided to come back to Houston which was her home town and return to Landry’s Restaurants Inc. She worked there for additional four more years in the Culinary Department. In 2004 she left to start some of her own ventures, one which became very HIP!
